Tenant Screening Deep Dive

12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Webinar

As COVID-19 continues to cause major disruptions to the multifamily industry for over a year now, housing providers have been forced to adapt in many different ways. How have your tenant screening practices changed?

Analyzing a prospective tenant’s application can be complicated enough during normal times, and even more so now with an ongoing eviction moratorium that leaves no room for error in your screening process.

This “members-only” event focused on new screening policies, interpreting credit scores, analyzing income, reviewing applicants with a Section 8 voucher, reviewing applicants with no credit history, and synthesizing all of this to make good screening decisions.
