February’s regular NSBC lunch meeting’s featured topic was 2020 Forecast & Trends for Chicago’s Northwest Side, presented by CoStar’s Brandon Svec, Community Investment Corporation’s Ros Meerdink, and Kass Management’s Andrew Gruesser. Drexel Properties Principal and NSBC Board Member Jeff Weinberg moderated. We also heard from Patti Vasquez, a candidate for State Representative in Illinois’ 19th District.
